Shipping & Returns

Shipping
• We ship to Portugal and the rest of Europe.  
• Average delivery time: 7–18 business days (depending on the destination and product).  
• All orders include a tracking number so you can follow your shipment from dispatch to delivery.

Returns
• You have 14 days after receiving your order to request a return or exchange.  
• The item must be in good condition and in the original packaging.  
• To start a return, contact us at hunter.ops@outlook.com with your order number and a brief explanation.

Damaged or defective items
• If you receive a damaged or defective item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the product and packaging.  
• We will analyse the situation and, if confirmed, we will replace the item or issue a refund.
